After you contact me to make an appointment, I will email you a intake form to print out, fill in and mail back to me. When I receive your completed intake form, I will spend time reading your responses to learn a bit about your  experiences, needs, and energetic pattern. I will contact you to set up an in -person appointment.

At the in- person consultation, we will get to know each other better. Personal interaction allows for communication that is more heartfelt. During this meeting both of us get a sense of how you and I might work together to find ways to support you .

After our meeting I will (again) spend time looking over the intake form and I will also look over my notes from our meeting.  I will also create a natal birth chart and look at your “Houses of Health.” This information helps me work out an herbal formulation and some  lifestyle suggestions to support you in meeting your needs and goals.

At this visit you will get a written document with your herbal formulation and lifestyle suggestions. We will decide on how you want to ‘fill’ the herbal formulation. I can prepare the formula for you and/or teach you how to make it yourself. Teas can be ready when you come but tinctures are a longer process.

Follow up visits are at your discretion and are helpful to check in on your progress and decide if the formula is meeting your needs. The formula can be changed as your needs change.

If you decide you would like to learn how to make the formula, we will make another appointment where I will show you how to make your formula at home. If your formulation requires herbs that you cannot get from a local source or in your own back yard, I can provide you with information about where to obtain the herbs online. I have ordered herbs from various vendors and have many good suggestions. I do not have any professional relationships with any vendors that influence my recommendations.
